1. Exercise - Walking, running, playing sports.
2. Eat - Sandwiches, ( Once a week only junk food ), cook meat together with vegetables at home.
3. Sleep at 8:00 pm and wake at 7:00 am. ( Have a nap in between )

5. Going outside and work - Water the garden, wash the car, or just clean up the house.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you and your family really work on staying fit and healthy. I really like the set sleep times. Did you know there are studies which show that there are incredible benefits to a set sleeping pattern? I also like that you don't stay long on your devices. It's important we engage with the real world more than the digital work! :)
