A Local Delicacy - by Augustine

Ingredients :

. two breast chicken
. Butter chicken sachet
. Bottle of thick, anchor cream

Steps:

. Dice the two chicken breast
. Put the dice breast in a pot and then fry it
. Approximately 10 minutes, add the butter chicken sachet and anchor cream
. Stir it all together until it is cooked
. And now it is ready to serve

    YUM!! Butter Chicken! I don't eat meat anymore but I do looooove Indian food - I think this is a great choice!
    Do you have butter chicken a lot at home?
    Do you make it by yourself or does someone help you?

    Do you have naan bread too? nothing like dipping a naan bread in some curry sauce... I recommend it for next time you have a curry! :)
